Delivery
Once we process your order, dispatch of goods will be initiated through courier, postal or other means of transport as deemed fit, through our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners may make up to 3 [three] attempts to deliver the products. If the premises are locked or if the nominated recipients are not available, it will be treated as undeliverable and the courier will initiate the return of the products to the Company. In case of such multiple delivery failures, we will consider the Order as cancelled and refund will be initiated as per the Refund policy defined.

We currently offer a single standard shipping option for all orders.

Shipping is free across India.

Orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines may vary by location.
4. How are products packaged?
Products are packed in boxes, paper bags, and/or bubble wrap. Some items may have additional protective packaging.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the tracking number and courier details.
6. How do I check the current status of my order?
You can check it in the “My Orders” section by selecting your order.
7. Do you ship to international locations?
We currently ship only within India and do not ship internationally.
8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Currently, address changes are not allowed once an order is placed.
